One person. You always talk to him.

Test Market Solutions is Tim Bruce, working out of Lake Worth Beach. No account manager, no handoff after you sign, no team you never meet.

Why the name

Because guessing is expensive. Test the market, look at what is already working for the people beating you, then spend. That order is the whole method, and it is why research sits next to the build rather than after it.

Test Market Solutions is new. The person running it isn't.

Tim Bruce has spent the past decade on the operating side of small healthcare businesses in Palm Beach County, first making complicated technology work for people with no time to learn it, then building a clinic that had to get found or close.

From 2015 to 2017 Tim was director of telemedicine at a Boynton Beach healthcare tech startup he joined on the ground floor. In 2016 he helped launch one of the country’s first large-scale school-based telemedicine programs, in the Los Angeles Unified School District: 640,000 students across 900 schools. School nurses ran the carts. Parents were at work. His job was making it work for them, not for engineers.

That same year he co-founded NovaGenix, a hormone and wellness clinic in Jupiter, with a physician and one other partner. It opened into a crowded local market, and getting found was the business problem. There was no second plan. Tim built and ranked the clinic’s website himself. Everything he knows about local search he learned solving that one, with his own money on the line.

Outside work, Tim is a second-degree black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and has written for BJJ trade publications under the byline Timothy Bruce.

Test Market Solutions is the newer of his two businesses, and the plan is to show you rather than tell you. So start here: run this page through Google’s PageSpeed Insights, view the source, search for us. Whatever Tim would do for your business was done here first.

Where that's written down

You shouldn’t take any of this on faith. These are third-party sources, not pages Tim controls.

The rules, written down where you can hold us to them

Every one of these is a promise, not a positioning statement. If any of them is ever broken, say so.

  • You own everything. The domain, the site files, the hosting account, the analytics data. If you leave, you take all of it.
  • No long contracts. A build is a fixed project. Ongoing work is month to month and you can stop at the end of any month.
  • Honest timelines. SEO shows movement in 2 to 3 months and real results in 4 to 6. Anyone promising faster is lying.
  • No guarantees we cannot keep. Nobody can promise an AI assistant will name your business. There is no submission form and no ad slot.
  • Plain English. If a word would send you to Google, it gets explained in the same sentence or it does not get used.
  • We will tell you not to buy. If the check says your site is fine and the problem is elsewhere, that is what the report will say.

Things people ask before they call

Who will I actually be working with?

Tim, every time. There is no account manager, no junior handed the work after you sign, and no offshore team you never hear about. If that is a limit on how many clients can be taken on at once, so be it.

Why should I hire someone this small?

Because you get the person who does the work, and because a small shop cannot afford an unhappy client. The trade-off is honest: an agency has more hands. If you need twenty pages next month, say so and we will tell you straight whether that is realistic.

What if I already have a website I like?

Then keep it. Plenty of sites need a visibility problem fixed rather than a rebuild, and the free check will tell you which one you have. Selling you a rebuild you do not need would be the fastest way to lose a referral.

Start with the check, decide afterwards.

Tell us your business name and town. You get the findings either way, and there is no follow-up sequence waiting for you.
