What you send us
When you use the contact form, you choose to send us your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, business name, website, town and a message. We use it only to reply to you and to prepare the visibility check you asked for.
Form submissions are received and stored by our website host, Netlify, and delivered to our email. We do not sell or rent this information, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask.
What we measure automatically
We use Google Analytics to understand how people use this site: which pages they visit, how they arrived, roughly where they are (city level), what kind of device they use, and whether they scroll, click links or use the contact form. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.
We use these reports to improve the site. We do not use Google Analytics to identify you personally, and we do not send it the details you type into the contact form.

Server records
Like every website, our host keeps standard technical records of requests to the site, such as IP addresses and browser types, to keep the site running and secure.
How long we keep it
We keep form messages as long as needed to work with you, and delete them on request. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting on our account.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing tim@testmarketsolutions.com.
Children
This site is for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
